Application Description: Micro-Nano Bubble Purification System for Sashimi-Grade Oysters

Objective:
To achieve sashimi-grade purification of live oysters by improving microbial safety, reducing odor, and enhancing taste and texture.

System Installation:

• Micro-Nano Bubble Generator:
  Installed at the center of the purification tank.
  All gas and power lines are housed in protective steel conduit to avoid damage from oyster cages or racks placed in the tank.

• Ozone Generator:
  Should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated area within 50 meters of the purification tank.
  Distance should ensure ozone delivery efficiency while protecting the unit from humidity.

System Control Configuration

The micro-nano device can be started continuously for a long time. The ozone machine is equipped with a timing device (continuous startup mode, on/off).
